Colorado Springs, CO — One of the most anticipated traveling festival brands in the country is officially returning to Southern Colorado, right back to Colorado Springs, CO!
Produced by powerhouse music festival promotion team Social House Entertainment, The Tacos & Tequila Festival has announced its 2026 Colorado Springs stop, bringing together nationally recognized hip-hop and R&B artists, regional favorites, curated food vendors, and premium tequila experiences for a full day celebration of music, culture, and community!

While the full lineup was revealed this morning 1/20 around 9am, anticipation for the Colorado Springs date has already been building with just a brief teaser a few days ago on IG Tacos & Tequila Festival - Colorado Springs simply announcing a date, with an interesting swiping-type reveal, “1/20” and teasing the fans with a story “New Profile Picture”

This comes at a crucial time when the city of Colorado Springs, Colorado continues to establish itself as now a notable destination for major touring festivals and live entertainment.
A Proven Festival Brand with National Momentum
Tacos & Tequila Festival has become a staple in multiple U.S. markets, known for pairing high-energy live performances with a vibrant food and beverage experience. Past editions across the country have featured chart-topping artists, fan-favorite DJs, and immersive brand activations that turn each stop into a destination ‘stadium-type’ experience rather than just a concert. Last year, Tacos & Tequila Festival brought another massive lineup that included live performances from Yung Joc, Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Twista, David Banner, Timbaland and Lil Jon with sounds by tour DJ Ashton Martin! Some of these award-winning artists visiting Colorado Springs for the very first time.
Colorado Springs has proven to be a strong market for the festival last year with a rumored astonishing 10k+ tickets sold with high attendance and strong local engagement making its return in 2026 a welcome announcement for fans.

719 Magazine will be looking forward to covering Tacos & Tequila Festival Colorado Springs from announcements to event coverage and highlighting shared experiences. Last year’s much-appreciated media access allowed us to get some exclusive festival presences, to include some:
Artist highlights and set previews
On-site coverage during the event

Up-front and Personal Concert Live Footage in the photo pit with esteemed partners.
Last year, I had the honor of celebrating my birthday during the Tacos & Tequila Festival, thanks to some long time colleagues including StarJamz Ent and alongside the fam K Cheeba (Beats, Eats, & Sneaks, 719 Pulse) which then led to me securing a last-minute official afterparty, the only afterparty booked (in partnership with The Mansion and Luchal’s) after the Tacos & Tequila Festival in Colorado Springs. The event featured an appearance and Meet-N-Greet by Yung Joc (“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” award-winning artist behind “It’s Goin’ Down”), made possible through a proposition developed with longtime working partner and friend, Scorp Dezel of Dezel Music.

Fans can also look forward to the official recap vlog from 2025, filmed and produced by 719 Mag Live! in collaboration with Dirty TV, my long time video channel/brand featured on the socials, capturing the energy, performances, and atmosphere of the festival as only Southern Colorado’s homegrown media can!
What a birthday to remember!
A Big Moment for Southern Colorado Music & Culture
The announcement comes at a time when Southern Colorado’s music scene is receiving increased attention, following recent momentum surrounding the newly built Ford Amphitheater, major tour announcements such as Bruno Mars, and of course our newly formed 719 Music Awards, set to debut in 2026. Together, and with all of the extraordinary events occuring in the 719, these events signal continued growth for the region as a destination for major tours, festivals, and music cultural moments.
With the lineup now officially revealed, Tacos & Tequila Festival’s return to Colorado Springs is shaping up to be one of the city’s most talked-about events of the year, and after last year’s massive success the entire region is looking forward to such an amazing music festival experience with a lineup of some iconic old school hip hop & R&B legends making their way to the 719!
