Outdoor Vendor & Food Truck Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

By participating as a vendor or food truck sponsor, you agree to the following terms:

-Payment & Reservation
Full payment is required to secure your space. No space is guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.

​

-No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, vendor cancellation, scheduling conflicts, low attendance, or inclement/bad weather.

​

-Weather Acknowledgment
Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for preparing for all weather conditions. The event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by the organizers.

-Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must adhere to assigned setup and breakdown times. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of space without refund.

​

-Compliance & Permits
Vendors, especially food trucks, are responsible for all required licenses, permits, health regulations, and insurance. Organizers or venue is not liable for any violations.

​

-Liability
Organizers or venue are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or accident involving vendor property, staff, or customers.

​

-Conduct
Vendors are expected to operate professionally and respectfully. आयोजer reserves the right to remove any vendor for inappropriate behavior without refund.

-Space Assignment
Organizers reserve the right to assign and adjust vendor spaces as needed for event operations.
