The Saint Patty’s Day Jam returns to Armadillo Ranch!

This began as a one off jam almost 20 years ago at what used to be the Ancient Mariner Tavern featuring myself and a handful of good friends who all had the night off but wanted to play. So we gathered with our acoustic guitars and swapped songs for a few hours down next to the bar. It was a really fun evening. So much so that we decided to do it again the next year and a few more pickers showed up. Eventually it became a tradition at that bar until its end. Last year the owners of Armadillo Ranch asked if I’d like to try to revive the event there and so we did one and it was an absolutely beautiful evening with a bunch of great players in attendance.
